Gel Polish - Soak-Off Base Coat

• Adhesion: It helps the gel polish adhere better to the natural nail, improving the longevity of the manicure.
• Flexibility: The formula is designed to be flexible, which allows for natural nail movement and reduces the risk of chipping or lifting.
• Removal: As the name suggests, a soak-off base coat can be removed easily by soaking it in a nail polish remover or acetone. This contrasts with traditional nail polish, which often requires physical scraping or filing for removal.
• Application: It is typically applied in a thin layer and cured under a UV or LED lamp to set it. This curing process helps to harden the base coat and ensures a smooth surface for the gel polish.
• Protection: It provides a protective barrier for the natural nail, which can help prevent staining and damage from the gel polish.

Step 1: Nail Prep– Shape, push back cuticles, and file the nail surface. The nail must be clean and in the desired shape prior to applying products. Next, dehydrate natural nails with our Bettina Nail Prep Solution to remove any natural oils. Allow to dry for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Bettina Soak-Off Base Coat– Apply a thin, even coat, starting at the cuticle and working toward the tip of the nail. Cure the product for 2 minutes in a UV lamp or a LED lamp for 60 seconds.

Step 3: Bettina Builder (Optional, but Awesome)– Apply a coat of builder for added structure, strength and/or extension to nails, then cure under a LED lamp for 60 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Bettina Gel Polish Color– Apply a thin layer of the gel polish color and cure it under a LED lamp for 60 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes. If more coverage is desired, apply a second layer.

Step 5: Bettina No Wipe Top Coat – Finish with our high gloss, residue-free Top Coat and cure under a LED lamp for 60 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes.
