How to use
Use spoolie to apply and brush the hairs in upwards strokes for desired finish.

Contains Vitamin E to condition and Panthenol to moisturize lashes, buildable volume for a 3-D effect that seals each individual lash. Dermatologically approved and suitable for contact lens wear.

Directions: Apply starting on the base of the lashes out to the tip, as many times as the volume desired, before moving to the other eyelash. Removes with makeup remover or warm water.
